Dogen Sangha Knighton is based in the centre of Knighton in mid-Wales. We meet on Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to practice Zazen. This is followed by a short discussion about the practice. Due to social distancing restrictions we currently meet online via Skype. Access to all meetings is open to members of the Dogen Sangha Knighton Facebook group.
